Adele
Zierler is more than merely a real estate agent. She brings years
of experience representing buyers and sellers in the San Francisco
Bay Area. Beyond that, she works hard to meet the needs of her
buyers and sellers. For the buyer, she uses her insider’s
knowledge of the city, her well-trained knowledge of space planning
and design, and her sensitivity to an ever-changing market. This
includes keeping current on such venues as auctions, as well as
networking with a large number of brokers and agents.
For the seller, Adele believes in giving such property the maximum
amount of exposure. She advertises nationally in magazines such
as Sotheby’s Preview, the Wall Street Journal, the New York
Times, and the Los Angeles Times. Local advertising venues include
the San Francisco Chronicle as well as the Nob Hill Gazette and
many others. Her properties are regularly available for viewing
on Open House and through the Multiple Listing Service, as well
as Virtual Tours. She makes certain that when one of her clients
lists a property, every broker in town will know about it, thus
giving each property as much exposure as possible.
When representing the seller, Adele utilizes her education in
design to ensure that each property is shown to its maximum effect
through careful and tasteful photographs, accurate descriptions,
and perhaps a few re-arrangements of furniture and art.
Adele Zierler’s background reveals years of academic training
as well as practical experience. She was born and educated in
Vienna, Austria, where she graduated from Akademie der Bildenden
Kunste Vienna.

After moving to San Francisco, she attended and graduated from
the Rudolf Schaffer School of Design, where her major field of
study was Space Planning and Color. She is fluent in German, French,
and English.
Since starting her career in real estate fourteen years ago, she
has sold countless condominiums and houses in the Bay Area. Her
name is synonymous with quality properties and quality representation.
For that reason, she is especially proud to be associated with
Sotheby’s, a name also synonymous with quality throughout
the world through its marketing of very special properties. |
